The latest of our barn conversions, Lys has been sympathetically renovated and has wonderful views from the mezzanine, over the vineyards and countryside.
Wherever possible we have exposed the beautiful stonewalls and original beams have been used to create some outstanding features.
Lys is perfect for two people. The lounge is very comfortably furnished, having a TV, DVD, hifi, DVD's, books and games. The delightful kitchen / dining room is open plan
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave. French doors lead onto a very private patio with BBQ and garden furniture.
The main bedroom is on the shaped mezzanine floor, there is also a settee were you can sit and look out across the countryside. The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet.
The swimming pool is positioned in the top garden which soaks up the sun from morning to evening. There are sun loungers, table and chairs and also a childrens unsupervised play area with swings, toddlers slide, climbing rope plus many trikes and other outside childrens toys.
Why not try the fruit from our apple, pear, plum and apricot trees or the strawberries and raspberries.
In the heart of the Loire valley wine route (we are ideally placed to visit the many vineyards for wine tasting) and in the Parc National (famous for bird watching), this glorious gite offers superb self catering accommodation in a child friendly environment. Catering from couples wanting a romantic holiday in the Loire Valley, to families who need a complete break in a safe environment with entertainment for all ages close by.
