Large dining area in kitchen seats 6 (8 if a supplemented by 2 occasional chairs)
Large family sitting room with comfortable sofas and chairs. DVD/Satellite facilities leading to :

Two completely enclosed and private terraces with table and chairs (seats 6 with 2 additional directors chairs) for al fresco dining.
Portable air conditioning unit can be provided for use at guests own expense (50€ EURO per week includes AC electricity only) - please ask at time of booking if you require A/C.
