Located just 25 minutes from the Mediterranean coast the Villa Vergeze is in an ideal location in the Languedoc to explore Europe. The Languedoc-Roussillon is one of the most stunning regions of southern France and is a melting pot of different European people & cultures, from the ports of Marseille, Camargue, Sete into northern Spain, St. Sebastian.
The villa is set in a very traditional village with a private courtyard with parking. Sitting in the oldest part of the village amongst the very friendly local people, it has been converted from a old farm & barn to a very high standard, its previous owner was the local Mairie.
The villa has 2 double beds and 2 single beds sleeping up to 6 people and is fully furnished including a washing machine. All patio, veranda furniture, and bedding etc is included and the Villa is south facing to soak up the sun throughout the day. There are activities and village fetes running throughout the year which reach their climax in July, August and September when the bull runs commence through the villages.
The villa is located in between Nimes & Montpellier and benefits from excellent road rail & air links, with budget flights to Nimes & Montpellier via RyanAir from Liverpool, The Midlands and the south. There are plenty of other routes via rail or road and the village also has a rail station with direct links. All activities are close to hand and cater for everyone's needs. Take your pick from attractions such as:
