A well equipped and presented 3 bedroom, centrally heated cottage designed to comfortably accommodate six to nine guests. La Haute Colasière is set in 1.5 acres of secluded, tranquil countryside in a quiet, rural area within easy reach of the ports of St. Malo, Caen and Cherbourg. The historic town La Guerche de Bretagne (7km) is nearby and we are also close to the lakes at Marcille Robert that provide not only superb fishing but picturesque walks as well.

This delightful Bretagne cottage is attached to a large 18th century, restored farmhouse that is occupied by the properties owners. Less than 2 miles (3km) away, the village of Retiers is very handy for local produce and services.

Ground Floor
Large, comfortably furnished lounge with a bed settee, three piece suite and wood burning stove. The lounge also benefits from satellite TV, HiFi & DVD player. Large bedroom with a double and one single bed, bathroom and toilet. Well fitted kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and automatic washing machine.

First Floor
Master double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC and a twin bedded room also with en-suite shower room and WC. All bed linen is provided however you must supply your own towels.

Outside
Guests have their own area of patio with a barbecue and a garden with children's swings in a separate children''s play area. An outdoor, heated swimming pool measuring 9m x 6m x 1.25m (31ft x 20ft x 4ft) is available for guests' use between May and October. With a patio complete with tables, chairs and sun loungers, the pool also conforms to the latest EU safety legislation having a security fence along with a self closing, lockable gate to which guests are provided their own keys.
