L'Ecurie Gite is a luxury, child/family friendly, single story converted stable (2005) having three bedrooms for six/seven people, two bathrooms and a large living room with fully fitted open plan kitchen with wood burning stove. One bedroom with it's en-suite shower room is suitable for aged and/or handicapped persons.

This luxury gite, with it's flexible accommodation, is very child & family friendly and suitable for persons of all ages. It is ideal for six or seven people, plus a cot. The twin/double bedroom with en-suite facilities is perfect for aged or handicapped persons.
Out of season, we are happy to take bookings for short breaks and for smaller groups using fewer bedrooms, and prices are reduced accordingly. Our lovely gite makes an excellent base to explore many of the wonderful places found in this area of Brittany.
The main bedroom of the gite has a southerly aspect and a king size double bed. The adjacent bedroom is fitted with bunk beds and a single bed, and has access to the terrace. The family bathroom is adjacent with large bath and shower over plus wash hand basin and window with views to the south. A separate lavatory is next door and off the hall. At the other end of the gite, accessible from the living room, there is a twin/double bedded room with wheelchair access from terrace, plus large en-suite shower room. This has a walk in, wheelchair accessible, glazed shower space, raised WC and wheelchair friendly wash hand basin and taps.
Between the bedrooms is a country style open plan living area, sunny, light and airy, with lots of lovely large windows. This is decorated colourfully, there is a Persian style rug on a tiled floor, cream leather sofa, polished furniture and a new fully equipped kitchen. This U shaped kitchen comes complete with Miele larder fridge and dishwasher, an electric oven and ceramic hob, masses of storage and worktop space yet integral with the living area and perfect for holidays and communal living. The cottage also has a television with DVD player, radio with CD player, freezer, microwave and washing machine. Linen and towels for use in the cottage are provided but we would ask that you bring your own bathing towels for pool side and beach use.

The cottage is heated and fitted with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and blanket. It has mains electricity, water and drainage and an inventory that exceeds most expectations. The provision of cots, high chairs, changing mats, children's' crockery/cutlery and baby monitor are inclusive.
On both sides of the cottage there is a private garden space with table, chairs, parasol, loungers and barbeque. The gite has the use of the extensive park and gardens. Here is the opportunity to take a quiet evening walk or to enjoy the shade provided by our lovely old trees to read or paint. We have a fenced swimming pool (summer only) which gives a chance for the active holiday maker to cool off from the heat of the sun. Pool side recliners are provided for sunbathing. You may enjoy a gentle game of croquet on the lawn, badminton in the park, or chase a football around the grounds. We have a beautifully decorated chapel ideal for quiet reflection and it may be possible to arrange a service.
