Agreement

Please read these terms and conditions before submitting your property search details.

Client/You = You. LRPIF = This Site.

1) Terms of Agreement
The terms of this AGREEMENT will commence following the payment of the "149€Euro Property Finder Fee" that is requested after the property finder details form has been completed correctly, in full and submitted. It is understood that the property requirement details you submit are final.

1b) Service details
By submitting your details and subsequently paying the 149Euro finder fee you accept that we will undertake an extensive search for a suitable property not just from our own listings but further afield via other advertising portals and search engines. LRPIF will send you a short list of at least 3 properties that fit the requirement of your submitted details. If for any reason LRPIF can only provide less than three properties matching your requirements, a discount of 30€ Euro per property will be given ie Only 2 properties in your shortlist LRPIF will credit you a 30€ Euro refund.

It is understood that the property requirement details you submit are final and not open to change after LRPIF has received your payment and begun the process of creating your shortlist of at least 3 properties matching your requirements.

2) Client/Landlord Business
It is understood that any bookings/rental agreements and contracts and subsequent payment/collection of rent are between the property owner (landlord) and you the potential tenant. LRPIF is in no way responsible or accountable for legal/financial dealings between landlord and tenant. It is also understood that property descriptions/services/pricing information passed by LRPIF to you are taken directly at the landlords word and as such it is highly recommended you view the property before entering into any agreements/contracts.

3) Termination of this agreement
Termination of this agreement may be made within 24 hours (for a refund minus any costs/charges incurred by LRPIF eg PayPal handling charges) prior to termination of the agreement via our contact page. After 24 hours, you may terminate the agreement - however due to the time span and work involved LRPIF reserve the right to refuse a full refund although a partial refund may be considered - at any other time either in writing by email via our contact page.

4) Privacy
During the completion of the property finder details form you will be required to enter personal address and contact details. LRPIF promises not to sell, rent or loan your details to any third party advertising or other organisations, we hate spam too!
