Located in the historic village of Acy Le Haut, La Pochette is a pretty, stone house (circa 1867) situated at the base of the village church on a small, winding village road. It is south facing with a magnificent view of the Aisne valley.

This small, romantic house for two offers:
- Large entrance hall with an exposed oak beam ceiling
- Library with radio and CD player
- Integrated kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine) with open wood burning fireplace
- One bedroom (2m² double bed) with a dressing area and balcony that overlooks the hall
- Vaulted wine cellar (heated floor, lighted with floor spotlights) that contains the living room (TV & DVD player) and dining room
- South facing terrace with barbecue and deck chairs

La Pochette is located 10 minutes from Soissons, 30 minutes from Reims and 1½ hours from Paris by car. There is a direct train to Paris from Soissons which takes 1 hour.

The cottage is also located 1 hour from Charles de Gaulle airport and 2½ hours from the Channel Tunnel.
