A property available for long term rental or holiday lets in the Pays de la Loire region, Les Mesliers Gite resides near the village of St Georges sur Erve in the Coevrons hills. Le Mans is a short drive away for the racing enthusiasts who want a quiet retreat.
The cottage has two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room and WC plus a single bed/cot in the upstairs bedroom. The double bed downstairs can be replaced with a bunk bed for 2 adults or children. The House to the left is also available to rent and is ideal for a family. See our website for details.
The entrance from garden is via split-level door leading into comfortable lounge/dining area with traditional terracotta floor tiles.
Free WIFI internet connection and satellite TV (BBC, ITV,etc), DVD, and a collection of books to entertain you. Behind the lounge/diner there is a kitchen area with sink unit, gas cooker, washing machine and fridge.
The rooms are fully insulated for all year use and currently have air conditioning for heating and cooling.
The nearby sleepy village of Saint Georges sur Erve has fishing, hunting and walking activities and a new restaurant/bar. You can enjoy quiet walks down local lanes and footpaths directly from our gite. Why not visit our local pub in nearby village of St Piere (fish and chips too!).
There are many other interesting and historic places, such as the Galo Roman town of Jublain, La Fleche Zoo and Saulges Caves, to visit a short drive away. The local Sillé forest has a large lake where you can enjoy fishing, walking, pony riding and boating - ideal for family activities. There are two good restaurants overlooking the lake.
