The house is situated in a small hamlet with four other houses and a farm. The access road finishes at the property and continues into a track giving access to open fields around the property where you are free to walk.
Attractive, fully furnished two bedroomed cottage situated on the edge of a small village and overlooking glorious countryside near the Loire Valley.
This delightful rental property offers a very large lounge with wood burner, a fitted kitchen and bathroom with both a bath and a shower.
Outdoors you will find a large, lawned garden that includes two useful outbuildings.
The nearest town is La Gurch De Britagne which which has two big supermarkets. The town centre has all amenities and a very big market once a week. This is a 15 minute drive. The area is very rural with many areas to walk or cycle.
Rennes is the major nearest city 45 minutes away, the coast is 100 miles away. The picturesque Loire valley is reached in an hour.
