Situated in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon with stunning views over
the Pyrénées, Cabaña Colina (Hill Cottage) is a newly-built house in the much
sought-after village of Eus.

The gite features traditional design and construction methods while using the latest
materials and techniques to enhance comfort and environmental efficiency. It offers
stylish accommodation for up to four adults, with a fully-fitted open-plan kitchen
dining and lounge area downstairs, which leads onto a generous terrace with
spectacular views of the Têt Valley and Mount Canigou. Upstairs are two
well-appointed double bedrooms and modern shower-room.

Eus itself is officially listed as: "l'un des plus beaux villages de France"
and also claims to be one of the sunniest. South-facing, with its ancient stone
houses and narrow winding streets, Eus is popular with artists and artisans and is
the ideal haven for those seeking a quiet break. Yet just ten minutes away is the
bustling market-town of Prades, with a wide range of shops, supermarkets,
restaurants and bars, and a thriving twice-weekly street market.
