First (and middle floor of 3) floor apartment, perfectly positioned in the centre of town yet with country views over the river Eure valley on the other side.
Uzès is one of the most delightful of small Provençale market towns with all facilities, including countless restaurants & cafés, the twice weekly market and various cultural events, all within a few minutes walk.
Remarkably cosmopolitan despite its small size, local residents now include people from all corners of our globe.
For big-city life, both Avignon and Nimes are within 40 minutes drive, to the Mediterranean, Montpellier & Marseille it takes 1 to 1½ hours.
Bus services to Nimes & Avignon run regularly through Uzès. The apartment has a livable area of around 55m² plus the terrace with views over the valley below. It is fully equipped including central heating for the winter period.
A garage can sometimes be rented separately as one can happily leave a car days and even weeks, unused.
