Jasmine Cottage has an open plan design ground floor that comprises of lounge, dining area, kitchen and a shower room.
The ground floor of the cottage is heated by a large wood burner that is framed by a grand, hundred year old granite fire place.

The shower room and bedrooms are fitted with individual, thermostatically controlled electric heaters.

The lounge is furnished with a Louis XVI style suite, T.V with English channels, DVD player, radio and CD player. The cottage benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, fridge and a cooker. All other equipment and utensils are also included and the dining area features a waxed, oak top table and seats four people.

To the front of the property is a small, grassed lawn area with a low hedge and two cherry trees. To the side of the property you can enter the secret garden through a granite doorway. Within the privacy of the secret garden you can barbecue and sit, soaking up the peace and quiet.
The nearest large town to Jasmine Cottage is St. Nicolas de Pelem, a quiet town with shops and restaurant surrounded by the rolling Breton countryside. The town has amenities that include a bank, hotel and a heated, outdoor swimming pool.
