Fully modernised terraced cottage in centre of very ancient small village. Full oil central heating throughout, with fully equipped kitchen. Secluded, tiled courtyard with ancient vine providing shade, to rear, with private access to parking.
Further parking at front. Village has restaurant, post office, and shop. Nearest supermarket is 5 km in Beaumont, with Bergerac at 25 km (30 mins) the main town, and airport. (Serviced by FlyBe and Ryanair).

The cottage has shower-room, wash-basin and WC on first floor, 2 double bedrooms (double bed and 2 singles) and large attic bedroom/office space with 3 single beds.

Simply, but fully furnished throughout. The kitchen has washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas (LPG) cooker and microwave. The property is on mains sewerage. A telephone line and ADSL Broadband is installed, as is a TV/VCR. All utilities are in addition to monthly rental (which does include 'Tax d'Habitation') with full gas cylinder and full oil tank provided at outset of tenancy, to be replenished at termination.

There is an excellent communal tennis court in the village, with horse-riding, canoeing and golf facilities within very easy reach.
